Otik healthcare service is available to adults living in the Central and Southern region of the State of Maryland.

05. What should I expect from Otik?
We offer support on an hourly basis, around the clock on multiple shifts, live-in care, and assistance on weekends, holidays, and both temporary and long-term periods.
06. How can I access your healthcare service?
You may visit Otik health services during our office hours, and we welcome walk-ins as well as appointments. However, we recommend calling ahead whenever possible to arrange for services and minimize waiting time. Our hours of operation are24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

You have the option to schedule an appointment through our website or by contacting our office. Our booking system is user-friendly and allows you to select a convenient date and time for your appointment.
08. Is it possible to have a consultation virtually?
Yes, we provide virtual consultations for patients who cannot physically visit our facilities. This service is open to both new and existing patients and enables you to receive medical attention from your home or workplace.
